Fidelity Investments Family Office Client Service Associate - Future Opportunity in Westlake, Texas
The Client Service Associate (CSA) role is part of the broader Fidelity Family Office (FFOS) Client Service Team serving the needs of our Ultra High Net Worth Clients. The CSA will provide operational support to the Client Management Team. Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) provides comprehensive technology, wealth management products and service excellence to family offices and their advisors. FFOS is seeking a Client Services Associate (CSA) to join the team to provide transaction and operational support to the Client Management Team. The team supports a division of Fidelity, serving the needs of their Ultra High Net Worth Clients. The CSA will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing and approval of transaction requests (including wires, journals, checks, EFT and DTC requests) and standing instructions. To be successful in this role, one must have or gain a working knowledge of several Fidelity processing and workflow systems.
Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) was established in 2004 to serve the sophisticated needs of family offices. The firm provides custody, brokerage and investment services in addition to reporting and administrative capabilities. As a dedicated business unit, FFOS provides objective guidance and access to investment products as well as a seasoned service team to support the needs of family office executives so they can exceed the expectations of their family member clients. The Client Service Associate (CSA) will provide customer service and operational support to the Client Management Team (CMT). Training provided to ensure success in the role. Potential for career advancement within the CMT (Client Service Representative and Client Service Manager) as you grow and develop and gain knowledge supporting the Client Management Team in serving the needs of our Ultra High Net Worth Clients. Ideally, we would prefer a minimum of 2 years in the CSA role before applying for other CMT roles.
The Expertise You Have
BS/BA Degree (preferred; or at least 5 years experience in financial services related field)
Series 7 & 63 licensing required (or attained within 6 months of employment)
1-3 years in financial asset/brokerage servicing with an emphasis on transactions and brokerage processing
Experience with High Net Worth Client Base is a plus

Assist and advise client managers on complex transactions.
Perform research on not in good order (NIGO) items and conduct client call-outs to resolve issues if/when needed.
Ownership of client accommodation needs regarding service and problem resolution issues, with clear responsibility to escalate issues as appropriate within the team.
Assist with the prefill of applications/forms on large implementation onboarding and ad hoc projects.
Actively participate in meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Able to interact with all levels of management and business partners.
