Manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for the Daikin business unit
Create and manage project plans and coordinate work with development teams within IT
Plan and deliver business unit and functional CRM strategies that meet the needs of sales, marketing, programs, events, and other departments.
Identify stakeholders who will be impacted by system changes, understand various levels of authority, consult with business leaders to agree on principles of systems requirements, manage relationships with stakeholders and be the main liaison with IT
Work with IT to implement standardized processes for requirements gathering and analysis (templates, communication, etc.)
Understand business requirements and provide input in design solutions
Overall management of project prioritization, risk, scope, schedule and their impact on budget assessments
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable systems requirements for delivery
Train departments and individuals on CRM usage and best practices for employees, managers, and leadership.
Create, review and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials, etc.).
Monitor and maximize usage for customer interaction tracking, sales reporting, and process utilization.
Establish standards and checks for data integrity
Integrate customer reporting from Tableau into CRM through dashboards and quick access to critical data and metrics.
Integrate customer information from multiple data sources: Daikin websites, internal business systems, sales, existing customer databases, Hubspot.
Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted sales and marketing activities
Develop testing strategies for CRM to ensure the most effective approach and usage
Work with business development partners to build meaningful dashboards for marketing, sales and executive use
Assist in data analysis, train others to interpret/glean insights from data
Support data integration efforts for pipeline management, warehouse management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Participate in data governance programs and projects
Map the customer journey for each customer segment and analyze touch points and opportunities for CRM utilization
Support and enhance ad-hoc reporting processes for special projects and contractor development programs.
Support and continuously improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting processes.
Support field integration of pipeline management tool.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer and pipeline management reporting capabilities and data reliability for sales planning, commercial sales, marketing, and production planning teams.
Other duties as assigned by manager
5+years of CRM development, management, and active utilization with an enterprise CRM system preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in B2B
Strong Project Management experience implementing CRM or the like
Experience in digital marketing with background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies - ideally in a similar industry.
Experience with marketing communication and automation tools (Hubspot, etc.)
Experience with usage and development of reports through business intelligence software (Tableau, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or other related degree required
