Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

The Networking & Solutions Chief of Staff (COS) will work the SVP and GM of Networking & Solutions and his leadership team with a focus on the following:

Proactive Leadership, Management and Support of Operational Cadence

  • Administer and govern the business management system for the team. Drive meeting cadence, agendas, alignment with N&S and ISG calendars and ensure right people are invited/attend the right discussions.

  • Ensure executive and staff level preparedness for key N&S and ISG meetings and milestones.

  • Proactive leadership and management of business reviews, staff calls, quarterly meetings, etc.

  • Responsible for special projects including, but not limited to, cross-PBU initiatives, strategic planning and a variety of special projects and requests.

  • Lead preparation of key meetings and reviews. Assist administrative assistant with prioritization of meetings, travel and preparation for major engagements and/or presentations.

  • Provide project based analytics on various topics

Executive Communication, Presentations and Internal/External Engagement Support

  • Partner tightly with communications team to coordinate and define key message and overall communication plan for a variety of platforms (e.g., town halls, overall strategy cascade, etc.)

  • Drive the key messages and designs/develops the executive presentations and content for communication from the SVP – including town halls, executive meetings, etc.

  • For external speaking engagements – lead the crafting of storyline and work with communications team on messaging and overall prep

Engagement in Strategy and Transformation Work

  • Engage in key strategy and transformation initiatives and represent N&S on select key initiatives as a delegate of the SVP

  • Partner with the Business Transformation Office on planning, engaging key participants, tracking progress and driving key messaging for transformation efforts

  • Partner with the communications team to ensure frequent and consistent communication on N&S’s objectives and strategy measured by progress against key KPIs

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working in or supporting a product organization

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong organizational agility and ability to influence

  • Strong executive presence and ability to effectively work at all levels in the organization

  • Highly organized with ability to pivot between strategic work and tactical execution
