CVS Health Curriculum Consultant in Texas
As the Curriculum Consultant, you will have an exciting opportunity to design and develop courses and curriculum across a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led,web-based, self-paced, etc.) as well as collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and curriculum designers to continually improve training. Working under the Training Manager, you will participate in cross-functional projects and implementations to support system enhancements. You will also communicate necessary changes to training materials to stakeholders.
Within this role you will support the program measurement strategy to evaluate the impact of training including use of LMS and apply ADDIE or comparable instructional design processes. You may also deliver training (instructor-led courses in classroom or via
webcast) as needed, administer tests and performance checks, provide 1:1 coaching, coordinate with business partners and stakeholders, and report results and issues as needed.
This position is not limited to WFH FL. The candidate can be 100% remote living in any state. We would prefer someone within a reasonable drive to any PBM or Specialty location but it is not required
1+ years of instructional design experience focused on adult learners
Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning modalities and the ability to use this knowledge to develop engaging and effective training materials
Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
Prior experience with Pharmacy
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to consult with others by listening effectively, asking clarifying questions and suggesting potential solutions
eLearning authoring software or similar technical ability
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Designed or related field required
Additional certifications or Master's degree preferred
