Our Global Sales COO ops team is all about finding and improving systemic issues affecting our customers as well as accelerating demand for our sales offerings. Your role will be to improve and create seamless service delivery processes within our structure which in turn benefit sales and the customer. It’s a hugely varied field of work. Processes range from data accessibility and integrity to streamlined processes and efficiencies that result in improved customer and sales experience, demand generation and financial performance. We also provide excellent communication to internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll achieve
As a Consultant in the Global Sales COO (COD & Demand Acceleration) Program Enablement team you will be responsible for the metrics and data insights that are key to the success of Dell Technologies’ product evaluation and COD programs.
Provide data insights to transform business processes
Implement predictive data analytics for proactive use of data
Ensure operational excellence and data quality
Work with stakeholders across all of Dell's business lines
Drive our globally distributed teams to achieve ambitious targets
Leading a high-quality team with a range of experts in the field
Drive standards and partnership across Dell's application portfolio
Identify areas of risk and opportunities working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with finance and accounting, Performance Analytics Group, and IT teams
Overall 8 to 12 years experience with 5+ years of relevant experience
Understands technology and with proven experience in effecting change utilizing technology/process/people approach
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities
Demonstrated cross-functional team influence
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and empower staff to achieve and grow
Strong analytical ability-- able to take a complex problem, synthesize detailed information from multiple sources, and construct nuanced top-line recommendations on the path forward. Ability to consider an issue from multiple points of view and weigh the merits of all perspectives
Strong communication skills-- comfortable presenting ideas to diverse teams and individuals in multiple formats, from slide decks, memos, to informal chats. You know that a huge part of communication is listening and making sure others feel heard
Driven and self-motivated; adventurous, with a bias for action that achieves results. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be an outstanding teammate
Confident presentation skills
Experience working in a matrix structured organization
Experience in Agile/Product Model approach to IT
Exposure to RPA/General Automation and Data Science technologies
Degree in Engineering/Technology/Business fields
