Position Summary:

Leads, organizes and coordinates all quality programs and administrative functions for compliancy. Implements initiatives that focus on quality improvement and satisfaction. Develops and implements strategic action, quality improvement and risk management plans to address potential weaknesses.

Position Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develops and implements quality processes, policies, and procedures to improve compliance with data driven results.

  2. Provides expertise in analytical and statistical tools; develops and communicates project plans, schedules, and progress of quality programs and outcomes. Facilitates quality assurance and risk management rotations and may serve as part of a control team.

  3. Implements process improvement projects through cross-functional departmental involvement.

  4. Supports quality improvement interventions, audits and assists in resolving deficiencies that impact plan compliance to regulatory and accreditation standards. Drives key quality improvement projects requiring the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment in order to receive needed data that reflects the overall plan.

  5. Oversight of all activities related to a specified program or area, including but not limited to facilitating and serving as point person and advocate.

  6. Oversight of the systems applications required to collect necessary data to monitor performance improvement indicators.

  7. Annually monitors and reports on status and completion of quality programs and plans.

  8. Performs other duties as assigned.



Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Experience:

Five years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
