Under the direction of the Product Portfolio Leader- Fulfillment, this role will primarily support Sabre Hospitality Solutions PMS application. You will drive successful outcomes through product prioritization and planning, business case development and execution throughout the product lifecycle. You will provide direction to and ensure development meets market requirements; manage product release schedules, manage the annual investment plan and act as subject matter expert for internal teams and for customers.

This role requires the ability to work in a cross functional environment with teams representing operations, technology, sales, marketing, customer care and interactions with third party vendors to ensure the appropriate workflows, processes, documentation, collateral, and customer assets are in place to enable product adoption and success.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage a roadmap in collaboration with your team and key stakeholders that addresses key market needs for property management systems

• Communicate feature and product information to internal and external audiences.

• Engage with application engineering teams to deliver features to production and drive problem resolution.

• Engage and solution with internal teams and customers to promote, support and enable product adoption and success

• Provide release support in the form acceptance testing, knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications both internally and externally.

• Monitor new technology trends and identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs

• Act as primary evangelist and SME for your products, both internally and externally

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5-8 years relevant working experience with hotel companies or in product management supporting hospitality technology

  • Experience with property management systems, on property interfaces, or hotel technology required

  • Experience with Scrum/Agile software development

  • Familiarity with the global landscape of hospitality technology market

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (sales, customers, executives) as well as translate customer and market data into prioritized market needs

  • Comfort and confidence working in a matrixed environment

  • High degree of software proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
