D Shift (United States of America)
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any industrial maintenance opening on night shift as well as overtime and weekends if required. Industrial Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production.
Must be able to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery. Must be able to learn Tyson SAP software to perform preventative maintenance routines as scheduled by Supervisor as well as confirm time into the SAP system to record daily activities and create equipment history.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of up to 12 hours. Must be able to work at heights above normal with the use of ladders, lifts, and scaffolds. Have the ability to work in confined spaces. Applicant must be willing to complete required training for the job.
Required six (6) months of Industrial Maintenance experience.
