Our Team

As a member of the Chase Wealth Management Operations Training & Talent Development team the TalentDevelopment & Design position is responsible for all training and knowledge management needs for the group.

This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and performance support of CWM Operations learning initiatives. This position partners closely with management and subject matter experts to provide high quality customized training solutions and course development.


  • Utilizelearning industry software to build interactive and robust courses in avariety of formats including virtual, e-learning, telepresence, andclassroom

  • Usestoryboards, graphics, audio and video files, interactivity, andanimations to construct courseware

  • Facilitatesand manages skill enhancement and initiative-specific training programs withaudiences ranging from individual contributors to managers

  • Conduct needsassessments with internal clients to identify performance gaps andimplement solutions tailored to the stakeholders’ training requirementsthrough focus groups, workshops, surveys, and individual interviews

  • Design andmaintain new hire, skill enhancement and initiative-specific trainingprograms

  • Managemultiple training program development projects ranging up to highcomplexity/high impact

  • Coordinatetraining sessions with internal business partners, includes details suchas location, logistics, set-up, and materials

  • Coordinatelogistics of pre and post training implementation – Scheduling, roomreservation, outlook invitations, roster management

  • Participateand lead project teams whose outcomes have significant impact to businessresults

  • Responsiblefor LMS administration including adding courses to database, managingattendance, performing evaluations

  • Examinecourse feedback and metrics to assess training participation, effectiveness,and ensure that appropriate outcomes/improvements have been attained

Skills/Qualifications Preferred

  • Previous CWM OperationsService Center experience

  • Experience with LearningManagement Systems

  • Proficiency with coursedevelopment software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline

  • Prior experience in mediaediting software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and AdobeAudition

  • Prior project managementexperience
