The Job:

As a Temp to Perm Territory Sales Representative for Impact Berg you'll have the chance to influence an entire industry. How's that for impact? We are looking for seasoned sales professionals to join our winning team. You will act as the primary customer contact by executing market strategy, selling, and promoting a leading manufacturer of consumer goods in the San Antonio North market and surrounding areas.

  • Stimulate market growth through coverage of retail convenience stores in assigned geography

  • Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to client frequency plans

  • Ensure retail reporting must be accurate and transmitted daily

  • Achieve sales, distribution and merchandising objectives of our brand portfolio within an assigned territory

  • Will answer all retail/client questions and report store conditions in the iPad

  • Determine how to meet objectives by assessing in- store opportunities

  • Execute company strategies and priorities to drive sales growth

  • Conduct professional product presentations to retail customers

  • Building lasting relationships with store managers/owners by providing expert consumer insights and advice

  • Utilize iPad technology for reporting all inventory and store activities

  • Consistently demonstrating company values in all business interactions

The Skills You Need to Succeed:

  • Route/Territory sales experience preferred

  • Professional sales approach

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about exceptional client service and exceeding sales goals

  • Outgoing and assertive personality

  • Exceptional time management skills, excellent communication skills and organizational skills required

  • iPad technology skills

  • Route planning skills and comfort with driving personal/reliable vehicle

  • Valid driver's license required and must be able to drive a vehicle for extended period of time

  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
