CVS Health Supervisor Member Services in San Antonio, Texas
Acts as a Coach and Leader to Member Services staff as well as evaluate, interview, hire and manage a staff of Member Services Coordinators, Clerks, Technicians, and Pharmacists. Responsibilities include the monitoring of quality, coaching, assessing performance, and problem-solving. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of his/her team and their growth. Ensuring that reps are highly compliant and accurate in each and every member interaction. This individual will also ensure that employees are meeting all performance measurements. The flexibility to adjust to various work schedules as dictated by department business needs. Rotating closing shift as well as some holiday and weekend work.
2+ years of experience working in a customer service or pharmacy call center related role. 1+ years of experience in a supervisory/coaching role. 2+ years of experience using Microsoft office products.Candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and Word. Coaching and facilitation skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to make both routine and difficult decisions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Strong team player.Flexibility/adaptability. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's Degree preferredAnalytical problem-solving skills.The clear understanding of CVS/Caremark values and importance of customer satisfaction.Prioritizing and organizing workload in adherence to deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
