RiverTech willprovide IT support for the Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC) Working Dog Management System (WDMS), in the cloud, and will maintain and sustain both WDMS main system and WDMS software sustainment lab.
The Contract Lead/Project Manager's responsibilities include:
Responsible for management of project scope, costs and schedule.
Executes contract deliverables and delivers on time/schedule to COR.
Maintain effective communications with the government program office assigned contracting officer representative (COR) and government Team Lead. The PM shall keep the respective government Team Lead/COR informed of the current status of supported projects and tasks and inform the appropriate COR of any programmatic or logistics problems and/or resolutions of problems within two working days of encountering such problem(s) reported in a Deficiency Status Report.
Be capable of explaining typical project/program management and logistics problems and solutions to the respective government Team Lead /COR. The PM shall review and assess technical problems and technical solutions in order to develop and discuss alternative strategies to the respective government Team Lead /COR and document in meeting minutes.
Monitor and report monthly status via a contractor Monthly Status Report (MSR).
Propose recommended corrections/suggestions on how to best develop sustainment solutions, document, present, and deliver high quality results.
Actively and continually seek to identify and document program/project risks associated with support provided throughout this Task Order. The PM shall provide technical recommendations to the government on the formation and implementation of plans to manage and reduce program/project risks.
Provide analysis and recommend corrective actions, as appropriate, to the AFSFC PMO on field assistance trouble calls as requested by the government.
At the request of the government, the PM shall attend security forces, Air Force meetings, seminars, or conferences to support emerging technology.
Work with all current contractors to maintain any aspect of the programs identified in this Task Order on transition strategies to affect a seamless changeover for programs.
Minimum BS/BA in a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years experience working as a Project Manager and successfully managing project scope, costs and schedule, and executing contract deliverables on time/schedule.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with customers and associated associates in group presentations and meetings.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
Must be able to successfully manage project financial records.
