We are looking for a motivated individual with General Cleaner Supervisor (Janitorial) leadership experience. The ideal candidate needs to be a hands-on leader ready to lead by example with strong janitorial and supervisory skills.
Monday to Friday.
From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Some Weekends
Duties:
Assign work duties and regularly inspect work to ensure assignments are being completed in a timely and quality manner
Adjust work schedule and assignments accordingly to work load
Provide a high level of customer service to customers
Look for ways to improve efficiently
Identify and handle employee issues
Assist in daily cleanings
Ensure supplies are properly stocked and equipment is working and maintained properly
Observe all safety and security procedures and company policies and procedures
Communicate with Operations Manager
Qualifications:

Good communication skills
Problem solving skills
Wiliness to work where needed and hands on
Good working knowledge of janitorial equipment (scrubbers, high speed buffer, pressure washer, etc...) and commercial cleaning products
Pass a criminal background check
Bilingual A plus
Follow written and verbal direction
Must be authorized to work in the United States
