Warehouse Associate

Are you interested in working in the warehouse industry? This is your chance to set your career in motion! Randstad is looking for positive thinkers with a great work ethic for our Warehouse Associate position. You will be cross trained in picking, packing, shipping and receiving. These positions are in a climate controlled warehouse in Roanoke, TX near the Alliance area. The current schedule is Monday-Friday, 12 PM-9 PM. This is a temp to hire position starting at $15/HR with a pay increase at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Plus, bonus incentives for attendance, quality and productivity. Responsibilities

• Cross training in all departments

• Order Picking

• Packing orders

• Receiving product

• Shipping product

• Building and taping boxes

• Basic cleaning duties

• Data Entry

• Working in cooler environment for 2 hours minimum (36-46 degrees Fahrenheit)

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
