About the job
WWPS Emergency Services has an immediate need for an Emergency Services Manager at RFAB. The Emergency Services team drives activities that include decontamination and emergency response (HazMat, Medical, Rescue and Fire).
Manage decontamination activities, emergency preparedness and response to ensure safe, reliable, efficient building and factory operations.
Manage the safety, health and well-being of decontamination and emergency response team members.
Manage cut/weld and confined space programs.
Interface and maintain relationships with local Fire Department. (operations and response)
Ensure factory emergency response team (ERT) is properly equipped, staffed, trained and maintained.
Set goals and track organizational performance; provide input and support to other members of the ES management team.
Develop and maintain appropriate procedures and ensure they are utilized and followed.
Actively support corporate WWPS and ESH programs and policies.
Maintain reliability information relating to ES operations.
Provide/lead problem solving efforts within the factory relating to emergency services, reliability, quality, 5S, ergonomics, health/safety, and environmental issues.
People development, succession planning.
Manage and develop individuals reporting into this position.
Growth into the position may include other activities and/or roles to include Fire Protection management oversight.

Ability to motivate, manage and work with others at all levels in the organization. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, delivering results and best reliability.
Strong project management skills needed to support internal projects such as expansions, moves and rearranges, and building upgrades. Financial management and knowledge in SAP, document control and project documentation.
Motivated, self-directed and flexible, possessing good judgment and problem solving skills.
Strong teaming, negotiation skills and ability to successfully influence others through collaboration within and across organizations. Must be able to deliver clear, concise and timely oral and written communications.
Good communication skills along with customer relations.
Strong leadership qualities with ability to positively influence overall team performance and tearn followership. Understand and promote WWF vision of Strong, Winning Teams and Right Results, Right Behaviors.
Qualifications and experience:
Should have 5 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, ESH or related experience.
