Responsibilities

  • Drive new processes between the business unit and engineering teams where applicable and where are noted gaps

  • Help automate financial reporting for product line managers to use for regular executive level financial updates regarding various lines of businesses

  • Propose new processes that can be followed regarding new financial tool automation for financial reporting metrics

  • Provide support and management of certain areas in product life cycle process, such as some internal and external deliverables for end customers

  • Provide and serve as a point of contact for Optical Product Marketing Launch material to be published to external customers by interfacing with internal Marketing teams

  • Assist in driving several product line management process definitions, such as beta process, customer documentation coordination, marketing collateral

  • Support product line managers in areas such as authoring technical product documentation, working with cross functional groups to ensure technical source material is gathered and provided for product launch

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or fields of Engineering with emphasis if possible on tools and automation techniques

  • 0-2 years of work experience

  • Strong writing, presentation, collaboration, communication and leadership skills
