QORVO US, INC. Process Development Engineer - 7244 in RICHARDSON, Texas

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, establish, and sustain processes used device fabrication in a semiconductor fabrication facility. Position requires working in compressed work week schedule in N2 group. Working hours are 6 pm to 6 am on Wed-Fri/Wed-Sat on alternate weeks. Primary responsibility will include supporting the manufacturing in maintaining photolithography processes for resist coat, bake, expose, develop. Need to work cross functionally with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to ensure appropriate development of processes for new products and improve processes of existing products. QUALIFICATIONS: BS, MS or PhD in Engineering, Materials, Statistics or the physical sciences. 2+ years photolithography semiconductor experience. Recent college graduates with semiconductor background in their course of study and/or internships are encouraged apply. Strong understanding of photolithography, process control and semiconductor processing. Experience in setting up, supporting and troubleshooting processes in ASML Stepper/Scanner, TEL coat/develop tools is strongly desired. Support of a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Proficiency desired in design of experiments, statistical process control, and database query tools (Oracle, Spotfire, Access, etc).
