Responsibilities

  • As an entry level position the focus is to act as lender support while acquiring line of business specific fundamental knowledge and technical skills through assignments, rotations, instructor-led/web based or self-discovery education.

  • The Lender Support team provides unsurpassed service to distinguish the Bank as a leader in the administration of syndicated deals.

  • The team's purpose is to provide tools, processes, oversight and authority to rigorously manage the operational, legal and reputational risk.

  • The lender support role is robust and provides growth and expansion opportunities for high performers in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Responsibilities may include contributing in or assuming a leadership role on special projects

  • Accountable to ensure a high degree of accuracy and demonstrates the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data

  • Evaluates different sources of data and reconciles conflicting data

  • Collaborates with internal operational specialists to resolve data discrepancies, identify process gaps and make process improvements

  • Leverages existing technologies to drive more efficiency and/or improve quality.
