JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management - CWM Operations, Middle Office Corporate Actions - Associate in Plano, Texas

The main responsibilities of this role will be focused on managing and analyzing ALL corporate actions events impacting CWM Managed, Brokerage and You Invest Accounts. The incumbent will:

  • Enrich and normalize complex events

  • Create and maintain a corporate actions calendar of events. Explore the use of XSP system currently used by PB

  • Create templates and daily communication for Service Centers in anticipation of Advisor and Client calls. Anticipate call volume and potential client interest based on complexity, number of holders and premium compared to current value

  • Enrich and cleanse current information on Morcom

  • Team members will be fully licensed and can take calls directly from Advisors, Service Center associates and clients on highly complex events

  • Participate in development of Corporate Actions online strategy for CWM

  • Corporate Actions Training - Service Center new associate training and ongoing maintenance training, as needed

Qualifications

  • Brokerage/investment industry experience strongly preferred; FINRA Licensing required (7, 63, 24 preferred)

  • 5 - 7 years of Corporate Actions and Phone Team experience required

  • Business process and procedure improvement experience preferred

  • Structured and analytical approach to problem solving required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to present to management required

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking ability required

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently required

  • Excellent Excel and Word skills required
