As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. The Catalyst technology team is looking for a UX Design Lead, passionate about solving complex business problems in order to create intuitive & transformational user experiences. Candidate will be responsible for designing the building Prototypes, running demos and ultimately designing/defining the UI to support multiple, interdependent capabilities and business processes of the Catalyst program.
Design UX solutions to create smooth user flows and user interactions
Serve as a subject matter expert for all UX problems that surface
Convey vision and concepts through both low and high fidelity wireframes, flows, storyboards and mockups
Customer Persona Creation, Customer Journeys, Content Mapping, Feature /Concept prioritization, etc.
Own the entire design process across varied development methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
Work with end users, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to define functionality and translate specifications into mockups and wireframes
Advocate of Design Thinking processes, services and teams to our clients and professional community.
Builds relationships with the client in order to gain useful insights and information.
Educate client on best user experience practices.
Understands client/user goals and makes decisions regarding OOTB or custom.
Works directly with the Technical Architect to ensure technical feasibility and opportunities.
Engages with necessary Salesforce SMEs to broaden product knowledge.
Support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously
Knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform
Experience designing for use on the Salesforce lightning platform
Fluency in design tools such as Axure, Invision, Balsamiq, Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.
Have a keen eye for aesthetics and enjoy making beautiful web pages with a strong understanding of composition, balance, symmetry and white space
Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Scrum team development environments
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
UX design methodology/end to end process (personas, scenarios, wire framing, visuals) and best practices
Familiarity with Salesforce products
Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of business solutions (CRM implementation experience a big plus)

Education and/or experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with UI/UX design
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Background or degree in product design, UI/UX or other related fields
Experience working in Fortune 100 Financial Organizations
