As a member of the Global Support Operations team at Splunk, you will work cross-functionally to implement talent development programs and initiatives for a global technical Customer Support team. We are looking for a Training & Enablement Specialist to support the execution of learning and development programs, assist with human capital initiatives, and work to improve the quality and productivity of Support training. The Training & Enablement Specialist will be self-disciplined, organized, and pays attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

This role can be done remotely, however you should be able to work U.S. hours.
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper training operations of the organization
Identify training and development needs within the Support organization, and provide recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate learning and development gaps and needs with the goal of creating high-quality training content for technical and functional groups
Design and maintain learning and enablement tracks utilizing multiple learning management platforms
Work in a team to develop and produce training content, including interactive eLearning, onsite, and blended learning solutions
Support the implementation of various talent development programs and initiatives
Develop, implement, and conduct learning and development initiatives for technical/functional teams within the Support organization
1-3 years experience in learning and development, talent management, human resources, or a related field
Strong presentation and project management skills
Experience with and understanding of learning and development concepts and best practices, including adult learning principles
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to manage complex requirements and conflicting priorities
Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally, in-person and virtually
Negotiation, mediation, and conflict management skills
Thrives on working under pressure in a dynamic environment and stays flexible through organizational growth and change
Strong communication skills with business customers through multiple channels including email, phone, Zoom, Skype, Slack etc.
Proven ability to demonstrate technical and non-technical concepts to multiple audiences
Experience with Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud is a plus
