Keurig Dr Pepper Tax Accounting Manager in Plano, Texas
The Tax Accounting Manager will support tax reporting including internal controls and drive further automation of the quarterly and annual tax reporting processes.
Prepare and lead the detailed review of the U.S. GAAP and IFRS quarterly and year-end income tax provisions
Properly account for and disclose stock compensation
Prepare and lead the detailed review of quarterly and annual financial statement tax disclosures
Ensure SOX controls are properly documented and coordinate internal and external testing
Reconcile tax expense to cash payments
Improve the efficiency and quality of the tax provision process
Assist with federal and state compliance, audits, and special projects
Manage and develop reporting team members
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of corporate income tax experience
Minimum of 5 years of large corporate ASC 740 experience
Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision software
Proficiency in latest Microsoft technology and Alteryx
International Tax provision background is preferred
