Project Catalyst

Project Catalyst is one of five major initiatives supporting the Commercial Bank transformation agenda. The goal of this sales enablement effort is to deliver new technologies, data, and business processes to help our bankers optimize sales efforts and deliver a better overall experience to our clients. Catalyst is seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to handle high level of complexity and self-direct to support varied aspects of our execution strategy to build a solid foundation of ownership, structure, and governance across business and engagement domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creation of test management plan

  • Lead design of testing phases, including system test, UAT, performance testing, security testing, and DR testing

  • Create and lead a testing command center, responsible for reporting on test progress, triaging problem reports, and determining whether test phase exit criteria is achieved

  • Lead team in creation of system test and UAT scripts and test data

  • Understand approach for automated testing and ensure team is creating tests in time and according to design

  • Identify and confirm technical design risks, and develop mitigating approaches

  • Conduct design walkthroughs

  • Provide level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions

  • Make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce implementation experience

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required

  • Experience with large scale Financial institutions a plus

  • Extensive experience leading testing of enterprise scale applications utilizing agile techniques

  • Extensive experience in creating a strategic test strategy

  • Deep knowledge of various types of testing, including unit test, automated/manual regression test, system test, user acceptance testing, usability testing, security testing and performance testing,

  • Experience in executing performance testing using automated tools

  • Experience in designing and executing automated regression testing using tools such as Selenium

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce quality assurance best practices and methodologies

  • Experience with Salesforce best practices to implement requirements primarily through configuration with minimal custom development

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills

  • Must have strong influencing skills in order to ensure recommended testing practices are being followed by the development teams
