Manager, Onboarding Implementations- Plano, TX

Commercial Card is a growing business within Commercial Bank. The Commercial Card product is much more than the typical corporate card used for travel and expense—businesses use our product to pay suppliers using purchasing cards, virtual cards, and e-payables. The Commercial Card business has an aggressive growth agenda, and we are evolving our operations for innovation and scale.
In this role, you will be accountable for improving, and leading our client onboarding process and team. Leading this team requires a close partnership with Treasury Management, operations and product teams to provide an effortless client experience. There is a need to evolve into true end-to-end process management and develop an agenda that will elevate how we manage these functions to drive effectiveness, efficiency, risk mitigation and ultimately the client experience.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is a creative problem solver and has a passion for associate development and engagement. They need to be able to craft and drive the improvement agenda in addition to managing day-to-day operations. Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork is a must as there are several internal and external stakeholders. The team is scaling for growth and this individual must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment that matches that energy and pace. Finally, the will partner with their counterpart on the Commercial Card National Expansion business to share best practices and incorporate business improvements.
• Manage Treasury Management Commercial Card onboarding operations and client servicing function
• Support long-term strategy for functional operation
• Lead process improvements and analytical agenda
• Coach, develop, mentor direct reports
• Lead and manage projects and initiatives
• Drive improvements across onboarding value stream
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of experience in People Management
At least 2 years experience with Treasury Management products
Experience in operations analytics
Creating and executing on strategic initiatives
3 years of experience in Operations in Credit Cards or Commercial Payments
3 years of experience in People Management
