The Associate CRM Marketing Manager –will be responsible for executing exciting marketing automation programs and direct mail campaigns. You will work with a host of cross-functional partners including Segment Managers, Analytics, Creative, Web, Marketing Technology and peers. We have fully invested in Eloqua and data automation allowing our teams to create programs that delight our customers, and prospects, with personalized and real time journeys.
Delivers direct marketing programs (email and direct mail) from strategic concept, to marketing briefs, creative development, Eloqua canvases, QA, program launch, and post-program analysis & ROI measurement
Assists in transforming traditional marketing campaigns into fully automated marketing programs based on insights, segments, actions & data
Partners with other business units to unlock the full set of Eloqua abilities to drive significant outcome improvements across the company, benefiting our shared customer segment.
Reports business results, analyses, campaign wrap up reports and makes recommendations for improvements and actions
Seeks out and adopts learnings & best practices and innovates with a proven test and learn and mindset
Understands the customer and can derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain and convert customers
Effectively partners with internal and external teams, including web marketing, segment marketing, analytics, product, care, creative and vendors, to communicate campaign plans, influence outcomes and drive successful end-to-end campaign execution
Ensures an awesome end-to-end customer experience that delivers on the program objectives
2-4 years of experience in Marketing. Some B2B or Direct Marketing background strongly preferred.
Analytical/reporting skills, with experience working on budgets
Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem solving skills
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar program
Knowledge of Marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) a plus
Agency or start-up experience desired
