Patients Medical Center (PMC) provides inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services to residents of Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, and Clear Lake. The facility includes 53 medical/surgical beds, eight ICU beds and three endoscopy rooms, and offers a range of primary and specialized services—wound care, general surgery, gastroenterology, occupational health, heart and vascular, women’s services, diagnostic imaging, outpatient rehab services, and sleep disorders.
Responsible for the development of data review and information dissemination related to patient safety and quality. The Quality Analyst Responsible for identification and performance improvement projects related to patient safety and quality.
Identification and facilitation of performance improvement projects
Regulatory data collection and collation of data. Trending and analysis of all data reviewed in the Quality Dept.
Policy and Procedure On-site Administrator (OSA) duties
Analyze Core Measures Abstract Data and Report via Excel Monthly. Submit Data to Midas for Credentialing STATTIT
Excellent communication and presentation skills using data presentations in Power Point. Familiar with databases, EXCEL graphs, pivot tables and data mining
*Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, nursing, or informatics in healthcare institution
