Position: Sr. Director Data Insights Reports to: VP Operations, Shared Services

Job Description/Requirements:

As a Sr. Director Data Insights, Shared Services, you will:

  • Develop, implement and maintain systems and processes aim to gather, review, analyze and produce relevant operational performance insights for the Shared Services organization, including but not limited to KPIs, performance dashboards, cost analysis, scorecards and statistical analysis for critical processes and functions.

  • Leverage data insights and modeling to build and maintain sound – data driven sophisticated Staffing Models for call centers and centers of excellence, incorporating critical business variables such as volumes, productivity standards, levels of service, etc.

  • Act as product owner for critical workflow and other operational applications that serve as a foundation for the day-to-day operation of the business.

  • Drive implementation of enhancements to those applications with the objective of automating transactions, improve productivity, improve quality and reduce cost per transaction.

  • Lead the Continuous improvement team for AccentCare Shared Services. Evaluate business processes, uncover areas of opportunity and implement strategies for improvement, utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

  • Hire internal and external top players to form the Data Insights & Continuous Improvement Shared Services Team. Coach and mentor direct reports and other Shared Services Team members to embrace operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and change agent to drive the adoption of tools, technologies, methodologies and practices to achieve best in class operational performance.

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.

  • Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.

  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor or other manager related to the position/department.

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:

  • 5+ years of experience in positions that require heavy analytical skills (manufacturing, financial services, Healthcare revenue cycle)

  • Proven experience in technology implementation in the healthcare or financial services industry across centers of excellence, call centers and decentralized operations, such as workflow tools, dialers, IVR, workforce management solutions, automation platforms for insurance verification and authorization, third party analytics, RPA (robotics process automation).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting

  • Six Sigma Certification and training or prior experience as a Six Sigma BB or MBB r

  • Experience building performance dashboards in complex environments, working closely with analytics or BI teams to configure accurate and reliable metrics, integrating different source of data, documenting clear operational definitions and anticipating needs for exception reporting to drive process improvements.

  • Strong project/process management skills to lead multiyear, cross functional projects in complex environments, with heavy IT components and across multiple platforms

  • Advanced computer / technical skills with proficiency in Excel, Minitab, Access and query building

  • Excellent ability to draft, edit, and proofread internal and external correspondence, ensure files are organized, manage electronic schedule as appropriate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - strong presentation skills across different levels in the organization; proficient with Power point.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities

  • Proven ability to drive change in a matrix environment, and ability to establish partnerships at different levels to drive business results.
