Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will successfully manage and prioritize a range of administrative and analytical tasks related to all areas of company/branch business: Duties will vary, but may include:
General administrative tasks
Direct support for managers and/or departments
Client service
Scheduled and ad hoc reporting
Data entry and management
Marketing administration
Email marketing
Event Coordination
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
0-2 years of related experience, preferably in a customer-facing position
Mortgage/Financial Services experience a plus
Skills:
Computer literate with proficiency in web-related research, various computer software and learning new technology
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to multitask, manage one’s time and to work under strict timelines
Customer service orientation and creative thinking to find appropriate/alternative programs for unique situations
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
