Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will successfully manage and prioritize a range of administrative and analytical tasks related to all areas of company/branch business: Duties will vary, but may include:

  • General administrative tasks

  • Direct support for managers and/or departments

  • Client service

  • Scheduled and ad hoc reporting

  • Data entry and management

  • Marketing administration

  • Email marketing

  • Event Coordination

  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in a customer-facing position

  • Mortgage/Financial Services experience a plus


  • Computer literate with proficiency in web-related research, various computer software and learning new technology

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to multitask, manage one’s time and to work under strict timelines

  • Customer service orientation and creative thinking to find appropriate/alternative programs for unique situations

  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
