Covenant Health is seeking a Full time Lead Environmental Services Representative for Environ Services CCH Department at Covenant Children's Hospital .
Supervises a small group of employees while performing Environmental Services within assigned area of responsibility. This position requires a moderate amount of supervision.
Performs Environmental Service duties within area.
Supervises the daily work activities of employees in his/her work team and checks quality of work done by said employees.
Recommends employee counseling and disciplinary actions to be taken for violations of hospital policy.
Trains new employees upon hiring, and retrain current employees as needed.
Assists supervisors in the completion of employee evaluations.
Experience: Experience as an EVS Rep
Experience: Supervisory experience.
