Checking fill rate on outbound customer orders and transfers between client buildings Running cut report daily in the a.m. for one of our sites and checking it for accuracy, filling out cut reason codes, checking on inbound receipt statuses, reaching out to have discontinued items removed, and reaching out for information on recovery on items Creating transfers between our two buildings to cover fill rate on orders Making substitutions on orders when necessary Correctly releasing incubation hold items when necessary to avoid cuts on customer orders Answering emails on customer questions surrounding fill rate Holding orders correctly that are over our 5 pallet cut & ship rule, sending emails on these orders with correct information, and releasing again in a timely manner when product needed has been received Creating variances on certain items that are requested per corporate Hardcoding lot dates on orders as called for Checking cuts done by our 3PL and reaching out when done incorrectly Checking floor vs SAP for accuracy of items Sending reports on status of orders sent to warehouse 3 times daily Ability to run, create, maintain, and improve excel spreadsheets. Filling out Research Request log with emails sent to us on daily basis Filling out Research Request form and re-submitting to Shortage Claims team as needed All other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred but not required Minimum two years of experience in logistics, customer service, or related supply chain function preferred Demonstrate understanding of supply chain systems Possess strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook SAP and WMS/JDA experience Possess strong ability to problem solve and assess reports Self-starter with excellent prioritization and organizational skills Ability to communicate externally and internally, in a timely manner, to all levels of the organization Must work and participate effectively in a team environment
