Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is a part of Wells Fargo Technology. ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function.

ICS pioneers solutions to secure customer information and enable our partners. This group's mission is to deliver seamless security for stakeholders by empowering the team to manage risk and provide proactive, innovative, and resilient solutions.

This position will report to the leader of the Business Services team within ICS, providing executive presentation, message management and design to ensure materials and presentations align with the overall ICS strategy and Wells Fargo brand management guidelines. This position will play an important role in crafting materials that support the leadership team to effectively communicate with key stakeholders across Wells Fargo.

Responsibilities of these positions include:

  • Partnering with ICS leadership team to prepare presentations on various information and cybersecurity topics

  • Support subject matter experts to develop and design comprehensive and clear presentations in alignment with the ICS strategy and various programs

  • Following Wells Fargo brand and presentation guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience

  • 5+ years of information security experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally

  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

  • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level

  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

  • Experience navigating through ambiguity

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced information and cyber security presentation and communications development experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint

  • Information Security Certifications such as CISSP or CISM

  • Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)
