This IT Senior Leadership role on the Management Team forIT will serve as a Technical Product Owner and key Subject Matter Expert for an assigned Customer Domain in support of the Citi Retail Services business. This Leadership position will work closely with Business Product Owners, Citi IT, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Partner Management, & marketing. As the leader of technology, this individual will facilitate and collaborate in: Strategy development, solutioning innovative ideas to address business objectives, maintaining long term technical road maps, providing insights on new and emerging technologies, and being the advocate for technical maturity, simplicity, and efficiency. This role demands developing strong relationship and engagement models to support the ongoing operation and growth of the business. The person chosen will be dynamic strategic leader with a strong background in; analysis, next-gen architecture, proposing and executing innovative solutions, strong communication/influencing skills and the ability to tie the technical execution with the business objects, cost/benefits and strategies imperatives.
Business Analysis Group Manager
IT Senior Leader on the Strategy & Transformation Team, Accountable for: technology strategy, stakeholder engagement, and innovation.
Develop/maintain technical strategy for the assigned Domain and oversee alignment with business objectives, communication with executives and stakeholders, and implementation of the strategy within the context and integration of Bank’s strategy.
Architectural understanding of current technology; API, Web services, cloud and demonstrate in-depth understanding of application to drive solutions. Provides technical leadership and expertise to ensure efficient design, development and implementation.
Build and sustain an interaction model within Stakeholders, business leaders, technology, business, and operations teams.
Collaborate with Senior Management and cross functional team on large initiatives, with oversight of technical execution.
Overall accountability of IT governance for Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory adherence for the domain.
Oversight of domain’s production environment working with Production Assurance teams in reviewing monthly production support dashboards, reviewing change reports and post-production validation processes. Lead initiatives to improve system stability through the reduction of production issues and Time-To-Restore.

Senior to advanced level experience in Architecture, Technical Analysis with commensurate experience in direct or matrix people management.

Aptitude to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment - excellent prioritization skills a must.
