We arecommitted to being the most recommended energy and services provider and leading the transition to a low carbon society.Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting:Leverage online and personal network recruiting resources as well as applicant tracking systems to identify and recruit the very best candidatesCreate and execute local recruiting events that attract top talentDevelop innovative methods to attract diverse talent into the organizationPartner with the managers and partners to develop an effective recruiting strategyLeverage social media and various other online tools to tap in to potential candidatesReview resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and educational backgroundPrescreen candidatesManage and coordinate all communication with candidatesCoordinate meetings and interview times with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholdersProvide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and positionBuild relationships with hiring managers and ensure that they are familiar with Direct Energy's recruiting policies and practices as well as Federal Laws that apply to recruitingPerform detailed background/reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers (as needed)Work with the hiring managers to extend offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of Direct Energy's recruiting and hiring policiesOrganize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidatesMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if requiredQualifications: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in high volume recruiting in a contact center environmentMust be able to manage competing demands, multi-task and be flexible and adaptable to changeExcellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are requiredDemonstrated ability to function/recruit on a multi-location levelAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyProficient use of Microsoft Office Suite of applicationsMust be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databasesThe IndividualDirect Energy and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer - EOE AAM/F/Vet/Disability
