The Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) organisation is a driving force behind the creation of greater value in the company. Job Description

Senior level position within Division Orders; successful candidate should work independently with minimal supervision

Analyst should have knowledge of oil and gas land contracts and legal instruments and should be able to handle complex issues

Communicates SAP/PRA technical information in non-technical terms to all levels

Subject Matter Resource of PRA functionality and table cross-referencing

Conversion and data integration projects

Work closely with the SAP/PRA consulting team in delivering SAP/PRA related projects from concept to implementation

SAP/PRA enhancements, and the impact to the end-to-end business process

New processes documentation from system enhancements

Facilitate onboard training for new employees and contractors

Create PRA Ownership training material, facilitate end user training and assist end user with new system changes and/or functionality

Perform analysis and troubleshoot SAP/PRA Ownership enhancements and system issues

Determine cause of owner payment issues

Provide support to comply with demand letters

Work on cross functional interface projects

Support users in defining new report requirements

Support data clean-up and system data migration

Provide effective communication to all stakeholders

Continuous and timely review of owner maintenance transactions within PRA Ownership, and ensure processes are completed prior to monthly close deadlines

Process monthly control reports timely and direct them to the DO Analyst/Teams for review, to ensure control report changes are completed prior monthly Revenue checkwrite process

Prepare quarterly statistics and reports for management


Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Division Orders or relevant experience required

5 years of SAP/PRA experience preferred

High School Diploma required

Bachelor Degree preferred

Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
