KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Advisory Services practice.


  • Oversee and execute fit analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, prototyping, testing, documentation and deployment of solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and features

  • Define Security architecture that may include integration and authentication across multiple systems and the development of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

  • Manage the development and delivery of solutions, including teams, tools & environments. Develop and mentor the next generation of Salesforce practitioners.

  • Plan and execute Salesforce Security & Controls implementations

  • Adhere to platform best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with security standards, including standard and custom platform development with Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce and code quality techniques

  • Understand and apply Agile methodology to promote continuous iteration of development and testing throughout lifecycle of the project


  • Minimum five years of recent CRM platform/design/development consulting experience with a minimum of three years of Salesforce experience along with Internal Audit and /or External Audit experience with IT General Controls and Process controls experience is required; five years of Salesforce experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Computer Science or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and one or more Cloud Consultant Certifications (Advanced Administrator, Sales, Service, Community and Marketing), additional certification for SFDC Application and/or System Architect is preferred

  • Firm understanding of Lead Management, Relationship Management, Account Management, Order to Cash and Marketing business process is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives; management or project or team lead experience, within a Big 4 consulting firm is preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 80%
