Aramco Services Company HR Compensation and Organization Advisor (625273) in Houston, Texas
Basic Function
Designs, develops and delivers on a full range of compensation and organization design initiatives. Serves in an advisory capacity and functions as an individual contributor collaborating with HR and the business on compensation-related matters (i.e., salary offers, internal equity reviews, salary survey participation, etc.) and to strengthen organization capability (i.e., organizational design, job descriptions and job evaluations).
Duties & Responsibilities
Designs, develops and delivers on a full range of compensation and organization design initiatives that support fair and equitable pay, and an appropriate organizational design and structure
Participates in the preparation and administration of merit ratings and annual salary review and incentive programs
Participates in and completes annual salary surveys and prepares surveys for accurate and timely submission
Reviews offers of employment, conducts internal equity reviews, and provides salary recommendations
Conducts ad hoc and company-wide pay analyses and provides recommendations to management
Prepares ad hoc and annual organizational chart changes; provides organization design alternatives, working towards a lean but effective and well-defined structure
Designs effective job descriptions and career paths to aid in the selection, transition and career growth for employees
Aligns organizational change plans and proposals to the company?s overall business strategy
Collaborates with colleagues to ensure adequate documentation is maintained to initiate compensation, organizational design and HR-related transactions.
Collaborates with organizations within the company to develop a holistic approach to business solutions
Presents impactful presentations to management
Serves as a trusted advisor to Proponents and advises Aramco Services Company (ASC) management on compensation & organization design matters
Serves as a liaison between ASC HR and Saudi Aramco organizations (i.e., Organization Consulting Department, HR Policy & Planning Department)
Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration required. CCP or other compensation or broad HR certification preferred.
Six (6) years? experience in Human Resources; prefer candidates with oil & gas industry experience
Must be a fully seasoned professional in Human Resources, with a strong working background in compensation and organization capability; change management experience strongly desired.
Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly, and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined
Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
