Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer/partners both internal and external on a CIAM solution.
Collaborate internally with Infrastructure, IAM operations, Applications teams, Business stakeholders and Cyber security on building a comprehensive security roadmap for IAM and Identity lifecycle (IGA)
Responsible for working with the teams on implementation of the Identity and Access management solution
Responsible for architecture & collaborating on implementation of the Identity Governance solution (IGA)
Representing IAM and participating in the Architecture Review Board
Portfolio/Roadmap, including new product selection
All architecture & associate Artifacts, including best practice, playbook
Qualifications:
10+ years hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building security solutions in the area of IAM, Single sign on & application security
Experience with Active Directory (AD), enterprise directory (ED) architectures
Experience with CIAM solutions and SSO access for customer facing portals
Experience with cloud IAM solutions like Okta and IGA solutions like Sailpoint.
Experience with Integrating workforce IAM solution with SAAS/IAAS solutions like workday, salesforce, Azure amongst others.
Experience with integrating IAM solutions with Applications (customer & packaged)
Experience with integrating IAM with Container platform container like Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in governance strategies for Authorization frameworks for IAM
Experience with Governance & provisioning solutions (IGA) including SailPoint, One identity amongst others.
Expertise in DevOPs or DevSecOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) implementing cloud-based optimized development processes
Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, techniques and automation tools
Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team
Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
Demonstrated strong project delivery experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies
Preferred:
Experience with IAM solutions like Okta and IGA solutions Sailpoint
Desired: Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
Architecture Certification (TOGAF, CITA, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, etc.)
Educational/Certifications Qualifications Desired:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
