Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This role requires monitoring, reporting and responding to online customer feedback via digital platforms, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our Customer Generated Content, including Ratings and Reviews and Content Curation

  • Prepare all monthly and quarterly reports

  • Manage eMail invitation process for Ratings and Reviews

  • Develop and coordinate Team Member, Customer communications to drive growth of programs

  • Manage vendor relationship

  • Monitor third-party review sites and coordinate responses

  • Monitor competition

  • Share best practices

  • Recognizes Team Members

  • Provide updates regarding negative reviews, and tracks/reports as appropriate

  • Increase Ratings and Reviews completion rate

  • Help support and drive long-term follow-up initiatives

  • Monitor, engage and provide online customer service as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Knowledge of social media channels and platforms

  • Strong reporting experience, proficient in Excel

  • Proven customer engagement skills

  • Understanding of customer service best practices

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to take direction and see projects and tasks through to completion

  • Able to conduct A/B tests and other strategic segmentations as guided

  • Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented

  • Critical thinking and the ability to tell the “why” story with reporting campaigns’ and programs’ performance

  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office

  • Must be responsible, reliable, and accountable

  • Must be able to work on a team, and be able to be proactive alone

  • Must have an energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind

  • Must respond to all customer inquiries and feedback in a positive manner

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong organizational skills
