Job Description:

Help clients identify and shape operational improvement strategies for new and existing businesses and increase shareholder returns. Promote seamless delivery across all operations departments through integration of operational methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure necessary tools and training for adherence to account s operational methodology are accessible to and regularly utilized by all supervisors and managers

  • Work closely with Internal Training Team and Process Improvement Team to close gaps in knowledge, processes and tools as related to operational planning, reporting, performance and capacity metrics, process inventories and documentation

  • Work with Internal Training department to develop and maintain Leadership Training Program for high potential employees

  • Assist with designing programs and pathways to integrate firm s global strategies into client account

  • Assist with designing account specific strategies for delivery of Intelligent Operations and Innovative Solutions

  • Assist with coordination of annual strategy offsite meeting for account s senior leaders

  • Build presentation materials representing account wide leadership messages, value stories, priorities and future roadmap develop and maintain collateral for progress against major account milestones, important accomplishment and cross functional performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in Operations

  • Proficient in PowerPoint

  • Understanding of Operations Business Strategy Experience Training and Performance Support and or in Learning Delivery Instruction

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
