SBP AmeriCorps Recruiter in Houston, Texas

SBP is currently seeking a AmeriCorps Recruiter to join the Recruitment team! We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic ready to grow with a great Non-profit organization. The Recruiter will assist the Recruitment team with meeting their AmeriCorps recruitment goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting jobs

  • Conduct interviews

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for each candidate

  • Assisting local sites with setting up local job fairs monthly

  • Assist with social media recruitment

  • Provide updates/reporting on recruitment.

  • Meet monthly and annual recruitment goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recent Recruiting experience required

  • AmeriCorps experience or knowledge preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must have excellent communications skills

  • Great at multitasking and organization

  • Proficient with Google Calendar and/or Microsoft Outlook

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft suite
