Role Summary:

As a Business & Data Analyst, responsible for requirements elicitation for small module or a large

component and designing a feature, set of features, or whole feature area in Hybris eCommerce

platform. Works independently and contributes to the Hybris DevOps team, business team and to

other teams across business. Able to own the requirements management, data management and

actively participate in the design discussions for Hybris eCommerce Projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document system needs that need to be implemented based on businessrequirements.

  • Coordinate with the Business and team to gather the requirements, analyze and documentthem via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, user stories,scenarios, and other methods.

  • Prepare functional flow diagram, high level requirements document, Detailed functionalspecifications document.

  • Coordinate with the UX designer to get the finalized front-end designs signed-off from theBusiness.

  • Prepare user stories for various requirements and add them to the product backlog as userstories.

  • Coordinate with the Business team to have the product backlog groomed always.

  • Work closely with the PM to have the stories and other tickets in the backlog prioritized.

  • Responsible for the sprint planning alongside Project Manager.

  • Develop and conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirementspecifications are correctly interpreted.

  • Responsible for working with the business and the development team in creating andexecuting test plans.

  • Identify and document system needs that need to be implemented based on businessrequirements.

  • Ensure that adequate and frequent communication exists between the all parties andstakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood and managed.

  • Own site data readiness.

  • Drive Data migration plan with Data managers from Business and Vendors.

  • Manages day to day tasks, team coordination of the data team around cleansing, datamapping, data conversion and data loading.

  • Work in coordination with ERP system solution center or data lead, for data extraction andtransfer.

  • Accountability in making sure that the accurate and correct data is available at right times

  • Ensure data is extracted, cleansed and made timely available to support SITs, UATs and forfinal cut over.

  • Create manual data inputs to support testing cycles.

  • Plan and Coordinate mock loads & final data upload in eCommerce systems.

  • Support Data governance & archiving activity. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or Information Systemsor related field or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experienceEligibility Requirements:

  • Vast experience driving business analysis process including data governance process andgood experience in e-commerce domain preferably Hybris.

  • Experience in software development methodologies such as waterfall, agile, etc. andexperience in using JIRA, Rally etc.

  • Experience in Gathering, analyzing & documenting processes, rules and functionsrequired to support these needs and corresponding requirements.

  • Experience in interacting with Business users and SME providing recommendations to resolveissues for various business/technical groups and defining strategic solutions to business problemsin a multiple project environment.

  • Proficient in authoring requirements Artifacts, Business Requirement Document (BRD),System Requirements Specifications Document (SRS), Use-cases, Functional RequirementsDocument (FRD) and Change Requests Planning (CRP).

  • Expert in creating Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Models, WorkFlow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Flow Diagrams (Business and Navigation), SequenceDiagrams, Swim lane diagram, Process Flows (Business and System) using tools such as MSVisio.

  • Expert in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

  • Good in Assisting Project Management Team in areas like estimation, planning, prioritizationand integration sequence.

  • Fair understanding on testing concepts and methodologies and contribute to testing activities.

  • Analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to set goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Experience with data extraction and management.

  • Advanced excel (automating sheets and macros) and data extrapolation skills.Business Acumen:
