The Infection Prevention Practitioner is responsible for establishing and maintaining surveillance throughout the hospital or entity for infection control purposes. Identifies, investigates and records data concerning nosocomial infections. Initiates infection control measures. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, CIC certification, and 2 years of experience.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
