Under the general direction of the Director, Marketing or senior level marketing staff this position manages the activities associated with the company’s communications and project launch efforts. This role interacts with associates from numerous departments, such as Accounting, Sales, Business Operations, Centers of Excellence and Executive staff. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, distributing, and analyzing the business impact of all marketing initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops creative strategies for designated projects and product programs. Organizes and follows up on projects to ensure milestones are met and issues are addressed. Gathers internal and external data to analyze client sales data vs campaigns. Creates project campaign reports for internal and external clients. Implements new campaigns or projects based on client needs. Develops marketing collateral for designated program(s) in both print and electronic mediums. Coordinates advertising opportunities for designated marketing programs. Creates and distributes customer eblasts via eblast tool Develops presentation materials for executive presentations, trade shows, and conventions and other customer-facing activities. Develop marketing strategies and channel plans that drive successful execution of marketing programs Develop marketing briefs that capture clear goals of and objectives of marketing projects to ensure stakeholder Works collaboratively with the marketing centers of excellence (COE) in the planning and execution of marketing programs and initiatives Contributes to the creation of the annual marketing plan and marketing budget. Coordinates trade show activities including the development of marketing and merchandising opportunities as well as the creation of custom materials. Provides program support by assisting Program Owner in investigating and resolving issues and routing internal and external inquiries May manage and direct the activities of full or part-time associates if appropriate. Must be willing to travel to company events such as manufacturer and customer meetings, trade shows and sales meetings. Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong preference for marketing experience in healthcare and/or the lifesciences industry. Also, requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, journalism, English or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in a marketing role. Has well developed project management skills and can direct and lead a cross functional team of marketers and stakeholders to complete complex projects.
