PenFed is hiring a Liquidation & Property Management Analyst at our Frisco, Texas location. The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for managing assigned portfolio surrounding property management, vendor management and Auction / REO asset management. The incumbent will perform all tasks in accordance with company guidelines, state law and federal regulatory requirements.
Manage property preservation activities, 3rd Party Vendors and REO processes through liquidation.
Ensure due diligence is completed on all vendors to ensure compliance with company guidelines, state law and federal regulatory requirements.
Manage portfolio of properties to ensure all property repair work is completed within mandated timelines detailed in company guidelines, state law and federal regulatory requirements.
Manage property auction process to ensure compliance with company guidelines, state law and federal regulatory requirements.
Manage end to end processes within Black Knight Financial services software, including MSP, LPS and invoice management.
Quality control of end to end property preservation, vendor management and REO processes.
Collaborate and coordinate with servicing departments, including collections, property preservation, foreclosure and bankruptcy, when applicable.
Accountable for performing all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and state and federal laws.

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience preferred, or other mortgage banking, mortgage servicing or real estate related experience.
Direct experience/knowledge of the end to end property preservation, vendor management and REO processes required.
Black Knight Financial Services Mortgage Default software experience is preferred.
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Product Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and focus results.
This role will not be directly supervising employees.
Licenses and Certifications
There are no additional certifications required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.

Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
