Operation Readiness, a Sustainment Operation Services, Performance Management team, has the requirement for a skilled individual to join its highly capable, Total Cost Management team in a high visibility role within the Sustainment organization.
This candidate will actively engage in the analysis, reporting, and management of Sustainment Capability Delivery System total cost. This candidate will also be actively engaged in Sustainment staffing demand planning and resource management. This candidate will be involved in process, performance, and efficiency improvement activities that may involve tool development and tool improvements. This candidate will be located with the Sustainment team at the Beach Street facility.
The successful candidate will have Sustainment experience with emphasis on Earned Value Management, Financial Analysis, performance metric reporting, total cost reporting, and project management involving labor. The candidate will communicate and engage with all LM Aero sites and business areas to facilitate successful achievement of Total Cost objectives. The candidate will oversee financial performance across Sustainment projects. Effective communication, presentation, leadership, and coaching skills are a must.
A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
4 year degree
Financial acumen – CAM/Cost Integrator background
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Desired Skills:
Labor planning experience
Experience presenting financial data to senior leadership
Critical/analytical thinking skills
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership
Quick learner
Experience in Tableau, SAP
Sub-contract management experience, understanding of SCM processes
Coaching/Teaching skills
Project management skills – seeing a project through from planning to execution and completion
