The Sales Department Assistant (SDA) provides support for the Sales Team to ensure an extraordinary client experience. The SDA will assist the Sales Team by directly/indirectly helping Sales Managers and Sales Experience Managers with activities that would help close deals quicker.
Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
Maintain all demos and inventory to show clients
Pull cars from inventory when needed
Fill deliveries and/or demos with gas
Wash demos and inventory as needed
Take sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keep all cars showroom clean
Transport cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
Help perform physical inventory monthly
Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements
Attend weekly department meetings
Other duties may be assigned
Experience using Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
