DENITECH CORP FM Operator / Copy Center in FORT WORTH, Texas

If you're looking to join a team and start a career then this is the place for you! Due to growth, we are currently looking for an FM Operator in Arlington. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting inbound USPS and interoffice mail. Also responsible for copies for customers through e-mail and hard copy, and for making photo IDs and selling postage stamps to the faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities: Replace paper in copy machines in the copy center. Deliver mail to various departments twice daily. Place service calls on copy center Xerox equipment as needed. Deliver copy paper to departments when customer requests. Sell postage stamps. Reproduce copy requests from e-mail, hard copy, or flash drives. Collect and sort interoffice and outbound mail from departmental mail slots. Receive and sort standard mail from departments and deliver to the USPS for processing. Meter first-class mail and place into postal receptacles for delivery to USPS. Complete paperwork for students to take to Business Services for payment of services in the copy center. Reproduce photo IDs of faculty, staff, and students. Reproduce identification cards for faculty, staff, and students. Complete appropriate form for copy and replacement identification cards for reimbursement to Business Services. Use GBS binding equipment to finish required jobs. Deliver mail to Nursing Facility one time daily (Trinity River location only). Sell printed material to students and complete necessary from for reimbursement to TCC. Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing. Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures. Maintain a positive work environment. Be a team player. Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct. Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods. Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Products Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods. Attention to details. Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving. Strong Teamwork and customer relations skills. Able to handle more than one responsibility at a time. Independent work skills and able to work under deadlines. Required to occasionally lift cases of paper and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Delivery of mail requires outdoor activity between buildings, regardless of weather conditions.
