This position will be responsible for contracts clearinghouse functions including contracts (and related documents) collection, storage, data mining and reporting. This role is also responsible for reviewing collected contracts to enter key attributes in current CRM system and to ensure there are no gaps that may put Freeman at risk (missing signatures, incorrect legal entities identified, etc.). Provides analysis of trends, gaps, and expirations to sales/leaders. The person in this position will also interface with many business partners across the enterprise providing appropriate insights to contract data to inform business decisions. Leads through influence and collaborates with partners across Freeman to deliver a leading-class customer experience in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain CRM system used to track contracts, must actively manage the “day to day” contracts management functions, reviewing collected contracts to enter key attributes in current CRM system. Proactively identifying gaps/missing data on contracts.
Working collaboratively across the organization, assists in developing and standardizing polices and processes to improve contact clearing house functions and other sales enablement responsibilities as needed. Ensure accuracy of legally binding components and review for adherence.
Provides analysis of trends, gaps, and expirations to sales/leaders and related reporting. Create, analyze and recommend actions based on trends within key performance indicators. Maintaining Key Performance Indicators as assigned. Ensures continuity and successful delivery against these metrics.
Fostering the culture of continuous improvement of services, seeking proactive approaches to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the contracts clearinghouse supportive capabilities. Provide recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes.
Conduct regular feedback among both users and executives on the process in addition to providing applicable training to internal customers, as needed

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
At least 2-3 years of analysis/reporting experience in a Sales environment, working with excel and access databases and developing financial and sales reports on a spectrum of sales is preferable.
Maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization including the executive level.
Strong analytical and technical skills with a working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word.
Ability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communication.
