Altisource Vice President, Originations Operations in El Paso, Texas

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

This role will be wholly responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic plan and managing day-to-day Operations functions for the Mortgage and Title businesses including:

Strategically reimagining the operations function and driving transformation

  • Designing and implementing world-class processes driven by lean process re-engineering and technologies including automation, robotics and Artificial Intelligence

  • Overseeing the management of highly complex and inter-dependent project schedules to deliver solutions on time, on-scope and within budget

  • Using analytics, A/B testing, usability studies and competitive analysis to influence strategic decision making

  • Defining and proactively monitoring key performance metrics and hands-on engagement to develop solutions

Driving organizational capabilities by:

  • Assessing organizational requirements for talent, technology and market presence and developing plans to meet those requirements

  • Structuring the global workforce to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness

  • Attracting, retaining and enabling employees at all levels through ongoing performance management, career development and employee engagement

  • Invigorating the business’s client management team to deliver exceptional service and responsiveness

Delivering a mind-blowing customer experience achieve the customer objectives :

  • Driving customer satisfaction and expansion of existing client relationships

  • Creating a streamlined process for seamless onboarding of new customers

  • Vivaciously achieving top results on client scorecards and hitting all requisite SLAs

  • Reinforcing and expanding a culture with strict adherence to compliant execution while meeting all regulatory and licensure requirements

Building the organizational culture and brand by:

  • Leveraging objectives and key results (OKRs) to create ongoing velocity and transparency

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

_Optimal Qualifications_

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role(s) running large multi-location operations teams in mortgage or title industries (both would be optimal)

  • Knowledge/experience to drive the creation of a systematic operational engine

  • Experience leading a Business Unit(s) thru transformation

  • Hands-on experience in resource and location strategy, opportunity analysis, business case development, outsourcing and vendor management

  • Strong data analytics capabilities especially cost analysis and internal/external benchmarking
