The Recruiting Content Specialist will play a critical role in helping us attract and build a workforce that reflects the communities in which we live and work. This role will join the newly joined Equality and Recruiting team — focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and building equality into every step of the recruiting process.
You’ll help translate the recruiting narrative into on-brand and inspiring visual communications and experiences (blogs, emails, micro-sites, presentations, emails, and more) for candidates and internal stakeholders. An interest in topics such as diversity, inclusion, and career growth will help you deliver inspiring and impactful content.

Utilize storytelling skills and design thinking principles to develop engaging and digestible presentations in Google Slides (Keynote a plus)
Support executive narratives through presentation design and speaking points
Ensure consistent implementation of our narrative and brand style guidelines
Deliver visual stories (creative and copy) that bring our talent brand to life and engage prospective candidates
Edit and proofread recruiting content
Proactively collect relevant stats and feedback from multiple business partners to support the overall narrative and creative direction
Partner with the Equality & Recruiting Enablement, Content & Narrative partners to strategize, design, and implement a world-class candidate experience on web, email, and social
Develop email content to deliver an engaging user experience to prospective candidates
Build and send internal emails in Marketing Cloud
Work closely with an editorial team to ensure content aligns to business needs
Understand and demonstrate the fundamental principles of graphic design (brand, layout, typography, illustration)
Transform dense data into easy to digest visuals
Proven ability to multi-task and work with multiple deadlines
2-4 years’ relevant experience
A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field — or relevant experience
Strategic thinker with ability to work cross-functionally and exert influence
Meticulous attention to detail and strong copywriting skills
Copywriting and graphic design experience
Proven presentation design skills
Ability to synthesize dense data into digestible data visualizations
Flexibility to iterate with a team, as well as break off and develop individual concepts when needed
Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done
Proficient in MS Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience utilizing email marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud
Experience with short-form communications preferred
Experience with Drupal, HTML, and CSS a plus
Engineering or technical writing experience a plus
User experience design a plus
